Automatic self-service registration kiosks are an efficient and user-friendly solution that generate a pleasant and innovative user experience. The kiosks provide conferences and trade show visitors with the possibility of registering independently by typing their details on a touch screen, leading to subsequent production of a name tag with their details.

The automatic self-service conference stations are intended for use both by those who pre-registered as well as new registrations. Pre-registered visitors can easily find themselves within the system and generate their name tag. Those wishing to conduct on-the-spot registration are required to fill in their personal details. Issuance of a name tag is possible only after providing the details, as programmed in advance by the conference manager, as well as charging a credit card, should this be required.

The automatic self-service registration kiosks are part of the conference’s overall registration system, and therefore our unique conference application is fully synchronized both with the registration desks as well as with the automatic registration kiosks. By using the conference App, The conference manager is able to view the conference's complete statistical registration data via the registration kiosks, anytime and anywhere.
